At Art of Tea, we strive for the highest quality in every leaf; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help ensure you find a blend you love. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer returns or exchanges on unopened tea and hardware within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement blend.
